Item: Dining Chair Designer: Arne Vodder for P. Vamo Møbelfabrik - c. ???? Measurements: 19" wide, 21" deep, with a 17" high seat
Each chair is marked to the seat frame, "P. Vamo Møbelfabrik" The arm chair versions are slightly wider in the seats and backs. Early version's seats & backs came in cane with fabric coming later. Though imported by George Tanier, most of these sets that we've uncovered were brought directly from Denmark by families.

Item: Teak Credenza, Model OS 63 Designer: Arne Vodder for Sibast Møbelfabrik - c. 1958 Measurements: 6' long, 19.5" wide, 30" tall.
These credenzas are probably the most common cabinets by Arne Vodder and can be found throughout the US. Many US companies imported these pieces during the height of the Danish Modern movement. Manufactured from 1958 probably up through the early 80s. Quite desirable for their sophisticated design, outstanding quality, and sculptural drawer fronts. Available in rosewood, teak, walnut and with different legs; steel & teak or just teak. |

Item: Dining Table; Model #227 Designer: Arne Vodder for Sibast - c. ???? Measurements:111.5" fully open. 41" wide, 28.25" tall.
Hidden in plain sight is Vodder's iconic curved lip detail to the rim of the table. This lip is evident in numerous Vodder designs from credenzas to desks. First purchased in 1971. |

Item: Executive Desk Suite, Model #215 Designer: Arne Vodder for Sibast - c. ???? Measurements:Credenza measures 65" long, 17" wide, and 25" high. Desk section measures 71" long, 31" wide, 28.5" high.
This set has fine finished details, ample storage, and plenty of work surface. Vodder's signature details are evident in the handles, laquered paper trays, and raised lip detail (back splash) This desk came in numerous configurations and details that include different handles, lacquer colors, drawer placement, and wood type (rosewood or teak). |

Item: Credenza Designer: Arne Vodder for Sibast, imported by Geroge Tanier - c. ???? Measurements: 88.75" long, 18.5" wide, and 31.75" tall
This sideboard is part of a larger sytem designed exclusively for the American market and retailed through George Tanier. The system included sideboards, stereo cabinets, bars, living rooms, and beds. Available in teak, walnut, and oak with stainless legs. Very desireable cabinets for their simplicity, attention to detail, and stylish looks. Vodder was way ahead of his time. |
